Definitely both. When we're talking about their personalities and the history, they resemble Team Minato more. They both have the exact same love triangle, the same loud kid who dreams of becoming hokage, the same arrogant prodigy who lost his parents at a young age and a female medic who stands between them during fights. The big difference however is that their fate is the complete opposite of Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura.

So fatewise, that makes Team 7 a lot more similar to Team Hiruzen. You can also consider them to be the 'extreme' version of Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura.
