My opinion on Perfect Susano'o

I don't know if this has already been discussed or someone made a thread about it but if that's the case then I apologise.
Yesterday I posted a reply in which I said that PS is achievable only to those who posses Yin-Yang Release because I assumed that achieving it implies you to be a pure blooded Uchiha, having a boosting power-up like Senju DNA and a considerable Chakra Pool like the Uzumaki one or by being an Edo. I believed that you needed a considerable Chakra Pool in order for you to take the Susano'o to his last and perfect form and to maintain it at least for a few minutes.
But then I thought about it again and asked myself if Sasuke and Itachi could do it, and my conclusion was: if they have Madara's non-Uchiha power-ups they can. But then I remembered that every Uchiha that has awakened the MS has an ability which is more powerful and handles much batter than the other MS users:
Shisui - unique Genjutsu: Kotoamatsukami
Obito - Kamui
Itachi - Tsukuyomi
Sasuke - Amaterasu
Madara - his MS can do Tsukuyomi but I don't think it's better than Itachi's one and it doesn't matter because he will use the Juubi to project it, but the MS ability he does best is the Susano'o

Every character is given powers and power-ups but limitations also, that's the way it is and should remain.
Seeing Sasuke's EMS Susano'o and comparing it to Madara's Almost Perfect Susano'o I can say that it has the same visual features like the things that come out of their hands looking like feathers. So I believe that Madara achieved Almost Perfect Susano'o after he obtained the EMS, and that Sasuke is very close to getting his Susano'o to its Almost Perfect form/level but will not reach the Perfect one because of the limitations(he already does crazy combos with Amaterasu using his Susano'o). My conclusion is that those who have an MS that can awaken the Susano'o, when they obtain EMS they can get it to it's Almost Perfect form and that Madara achieved PS and fought with it against Hashirama, after all Susano'o is an Uchiha/Yin power not an Yin-Yang one.

madara didn't do amaterasu deosn't means he can't and take note; madara did tsukuyomi with normal sharingan while connected to the mazou.

Hey I don't remember seeing Madara doing Amaterasu but non naruto wikia says that he can and did it in the manga only but I can't find more info about this so can you tell me about it, like when he did it or when it was stated he can and by who ? That would be great thanks.

In order to use Susano'o, you need both Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi.

I think he is right, I'm not sure if I'm right but Itachi stated that along with Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu a third power is unlocked: Susano'o.

but i Never saw Madara using AMA? maby he dont even have a seocnd MS power.
obito NEVER stated to have AMaterasu but is sure that he can use susano if he had both eyes. ( the on from Kakashi)

your still going to need senju dna to even awaken the rinnegan to use it so im guessing rinnegan uchia gets perfect susan'o and a rinnegan senju or uzamaki gets power to control universal laws
