First of all they were not Kakuzu's hearts. Kakuzu stole them from other people who diedafter that. So Naruto destroying Kakuzu 2 hearts is not considered killin b/c their rightful owner were already dead.
Fake itachi he was just a puppet.
6 paths of pain==> They were already dead.
White Zetsu, well he is not human; Made using hashi's cells. You can grow more of them if you want. So does not counts.
