Kakashi can use S/T jutsu ?

kakashi can go in and out of the other dimension, this is a high point for kakashi since it allows him to dodge big atacks, simply by kamui'ing himself to the other dimension and come out when the atack has finished, but, can kakashi use it as S/T jutsu as obito?

Here obito says, the same eye, it could mean that kakashi can teleport? is it a feat? do you think it will happen?

He can teleport to the other dimension and he can warp himself out, but i'm not suree if that means he can do like a ST jutsu like obito, what do you think?

Yes he can use S/T ninjutsu. Even naruto can as summoning is a form of S/T ninjutsu.

Kakashi kamui'ed hachibi IN the dimension, later, he kamuied it OUT
then, why not? : kakashi can kamui himself OUT, aswell he can kamui himself IN

theoretically he can use the S/T jutsu like obito. But because of the enormous amount of chakra it costs he physically can't pull it off. (well he can but only like 3 times or so..)
Even with Obito being an uchiha he would still struggle to use it, the only reason he can spam it like that is because of his senju dna.

I don't think so, because phazing seems to be the ability only Obito's eye has(remember in flashback he got it immediately, without any learning) The same with long range Kamui, the one that only Kakashi's eye has. At least that would sense.

when shino use his insects on tobi he disappeared ,then kakashi said he use space time without seals or mark it is above minato jutsu level kakashi said that even before tobi appear again in other place that mean that if kakashi can ga to other dimension ,he can use obito jutsu and i add if we all note that he is very speed in warping him self
