I believe it can as your right about Susano'o having a weak spot at the bottom as you know there is no bottom... but I don't think any of the Susano'o users we know of would actually let themselvs get hit by it though.

Yes it can,aside from madara's susanoo which has legs. If that shoots up,the user will be impailed
