Actually i'd say K11. They are all chunin level and above ninja at this point. Tsunade would have her hands full to say the least. She's gotta deal with shikamaru's scheming (He could come up with a badass play with 10 ninjas at his disposal) Lee and the gates, neji and hinata's byakugan, ect. What's she going to do if Lee and Neji come at her with some taijutsu, which they are both very proficient at, and while she's distracted with Lee Neji gets her. All it takes is one hit from him....

she can't smack it away its spinning. she can't tank it because the damage is too massive. its not a punch or a kick it's a piss seaking missile that rips things apart. i would understand if it was only a couple organs she could heal through that, but at minimum her entire midsection and maybe an arm or two is going. and on top of that she has to deal with shino's bugs siphoning her chakra, gates lee, neji, her own pupil healing all injuries they might succumb to and handing out soldier pills, tenten's banana fan, shikamaru planning it all and butterfly choji. she looses

No. fang wolf fang is spinning to fast. If her fist makes contact it will get ripped to shreads and its multiple hits so even if he'll just come back.On top of that how is she gonna deflect it while dealing with lee and neji? If shino's bugs suck her chakra the impact wont even be as strong.

Tsunade wins low-mid diff.

if lee goes gates and blitz her with assistance from neji when is he gonna find the time to one shot the rest? all of them know of her abilities. shikamaru can easily come up with a plan since he knows the abilities of his teammates and her abilites. throw some pee at her and kiba one shots her. if it fails try again, get healed by sakura eat a soldier pill. repeat. i could add the rest and give more examples of how she losses.

While Tsunade is fighting the ten other fighters, Shikamaru will get the shadow sewing on her. Then Neji and Hinata hits her with a bunch of jyuukens. Lee hits lotus. Choji hits meat tank while in BM. Tenten sticks kunais, axes, swords, maces, etc in her back, kiba hits big wolf fang over fang, Sakura hits her super punch and game over.

K11 takes this mid-high diff. Some will die however. Shikamaru is going to be the big key of them winning this fight. When the power house Lee uses the 5th gate on her, that enough is going to keep her occupied. Then Neji and Hinata can over come her strength with their superior Taijutsu and more than likely hit some of her chakra points, while can prevent her from even using Ninjutsu.

If and while she's dodging 5th gated Lee, Neji and Hinata's superior Taijutsu, Tenten and Shino can ambush her with shit loads of shuriken and bugs. While she's dodging 5th gated lee, Neji and Hinata's taijutsu, Shino and Tentens ambush, Ino-Shika-Cho are going to be coming up with an outstanding plan to defeat Tsunade. So if Tsunade get's passed all of them, Sakura and Kiba can provide back up for when Ino-Shika-Cho move in and restrain Tsunade, then it's game over.

Neji hitting Katsuyu's chakra points will more than likely make her unsummoned or disbable her from using her jutsu. Lee can simply keep pounding that damn slug while Kiba transforms into that huge dog like thing and take Katsuyu out.

im not saying she is weak but we know the techniques and abilities of the ninja she is going up against. there not fodder with one attack each of them have multiple techs that we have seen more than once. It's just too much for her.

K11 mid-high difficulty because of Shikamaru's intelligence and Ino-Shika-Cho potential.
Though she can fairly outlast them in chakra and resilience. Katsuyu is a big factor here as well.
