The anime (english dub) already f*cked up with Obito/Tobi's voice XD I was curious about that too, so I watched the episode where Tobi tells Sasuke about the Uchiha history in english to hear Tobi and the voice is VERY old. Its clearly not the voice of a 20-something year old. You could argue that Tobi was just using a different voice like he did before, but then I was playing Ultimate Ninja Impact on my psp, and Tobi's voice at the Kage Summit Arc was more acceptable for Obito's age (still weird to picture together though). So yeah, clearly that means the anime has already screwed over the character XD
