So why wasn't Tendo/Yahiko revived?

I'm kind of behind, why wasn't Yahiko/Tendo/Pain revived? he could've been a major help.

Kishi logic. Nagato was supposed to revive Madara who died before Yahiko but he never revived his friend, I doubt it's going to be explained like a lot of things.

either that or somehow nagato didnt have/didnt realize he could revive people....

i say that cause when nagato was telling naruto people on his team kept dying, i was thinking(after i seen renni tensei) that he could have revived those people too.

Well Yahiko's body was used for Pain and without those rods he can't be controlled by Nagato so I don't see a point in ressurecting him.
