Madara wasn't fighting to the best of his abilities because he is an Edo. If he really wanted he could have used his Sharingan's precog and easily avoided all of her measly attacks.

I'm starting to like Tsunade, but neji and Hinata are huge problem for her if he gets her with that 64 palm technique whilst the rest distract her. Katsu would be the main reason why Tsunade takes this fight.

Actually Tsunade is portrayed to be far superior to Neji. First off during the chunin exams, he managed to fight on par with Naruto. That same Naruto got owned by Tsunade with no difficulty. Title wise, Tsunade is a kage and Sannin while Neji is just a jounin. Also bare in mind she has leaps more experience than Neji. To say Neji has been portrayed better than Tsunade is completely baseless. Neji's taijutsu feats were against chunin level ninjas while Tsunade fought against those with higher skill than Neji's opponents so naturally her taijutsu feats are regarded more highly.

You didn't need to. I'd rather continue talking about how Tsunade would get destroyed by a bunch of kids because she can't land a hit. The other Kages are all very powerful.

OT: Tsunade's regeneration isn't eternal and people who can dismember her can finish her off. Shino's bugs could just leach onto Tsunade and constantly drain her chakra. They can come from underneath her feat while she is distracted by all the others. Katsuyu could counter bugs but not if they sneak up on her. Even still Katsuyu too will be busy fighting K11. If Neji and Hinata tag team her, they may be able to do significant damage against her to the extent that her regeneration will start running out especially because of Shino's bugs draining her chakra. Chouji's punches would deal devastating damage and while Tsunade is regenerating, Shikamaru could paralyse her while Sakura and all the others beat her up to a bloody pulp.

Katsuyu would pose a big problem as well as Tsunade's speed and taijutsu skills compared to most members of K11. She can dominate most of them with ease but that isn't the option against other jounin levels if they gang bang her. I know current Tsunade is leaps beyond part 1 Tsunade that fought Kabuto but people like Neji, Lee and Sai could go toe to toe with her for brief moments while she struggles from long ranged attacks coming from multiple directions.

Ino could probably take over Katsuyu and if she does that Tsunade is totally screwed.

I still go with K11 mid difficulty although they'll take quite a few casualties. Tsunade's main weakness is her lack of fire power to overwhelm a large group of opponents.

Also why do all Tsunade threads have to turn into Tsunade fans VS Tsunade haters? People should be impartial.

Nope, not the same naruto. Tsunade fought a Naruto charging in with an incomplete Rasengan who completely underestimated her.

Against Neji, he used tajuu kage bunshin first, and Neji fodderized every single one of them, including the original. He then used his kyuubi chakra to even the odds which he never used against Tsunade.

Seeing as she is the best medical Ninja, I think she can resolve it, She knows all the pressure points and chakra points in Her body and Im sure she can Resolve it.
