- Sakura is can't hit Tsunade, she is slower
- Tsunade can use trees, rocks, buildings to slow them down or kill them.
- She can use her Byakugou like 8- 1O hours.

But if Shikamaru makes a plan, I agree, they could take her, but not without sacrifices. She is a Kage for the God's sake, 1O chuunin can't deal with her with mid diff.

I dont think your taking into account shikamarus superior knowledge, shikamaru has been proven to create far better tactics than tsunade, who by far has only been known to simply rush into battle without thinking things through, that is one of tsunades major downfalls, and with the entirety of the konoha 11 on his side, shikamaru could conjure up the perfect plan to take her down.

2) You do realise that Tsunade only has a 3.5 in speed while Hinata has a 3 right? Its really not that big of a difference.
3) I think that Neji himself is capable of soloing Tsunade for a little while simply because he is a master taijutsu user who is a genius in combat and utilises the gentle fist style, which is a good match-up against tsunades strength-based style of fightingand against her healing techniques. He is also clearly faster as stated in the databooks in both hand and footspeed.
4) Chouji would be enough to take on practically any summoning monster with his size and strength in butterfly mode except for the bijuu and the gedo mazou. this is only if tsunade even has enough time to summon katsuya.
5) again, sakura is only a bit slower because she, like hinata also has a 3 in speed, plus she has trained with her before, so it is much more likely that she could have a greater success than some of the people on the team in a taijutsu bout.
6) I could practically say the same for these guys with sakura, gated lee, kiba and akamaru, and Butterfly chouji. they are all very strong physically themselves.
7) it has not been mentioned anywhere that she can use a powerful technique like that for that long. thats a technique that drains her chakra the most of all of her medical techniques.

Neji is in the top tier when it comes to Taijutsu. Really the only one that shit on him in that Area is Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, Guy, Madara, Itachi, Minato, and the Raikages (that we've seen, Uchiha's usually tend to be better at Taijutsu due to Sharingan)
