Why aren't there any random Uchihas in Edo Tensei zombies?

This is one thing which is bugging me real bad. Why didn't Kabuto revive any Uchiha from the slain clan with Edo Tensei in this war? An Uchiha army is very deadly as Itachi tells Sasuke

An Uchiha army can use Izanagi in multiples and simply alter the course of war. I think Kabuto knows about Izanagi, as he knows a lot about Madara's prime and his jutsu. Even if Kabuto doesn't have the knowledge of Izanagi, an Uchiha army can still be deadly due to their eye techniques and battle prowess. It would be stupid not to use them if one is able to do it
I don't think it's merely a coincidence that no random Uchiha was revived, as we have seen completely new characters like Kin-Gin brothers in the war arc

Now, if you see the entire episode of Orochimaru's scroll and "The Human who knows everything" (*********** Translation)

Suigestsu finds the scroll and says "The war can be turned with this data, and it's a nice present to Sasuke"

It seems there's nothing about this "Human who knows everything" in the scroll as Suigetsu says this

After Oro gets revived, he and Sasuke both say "them" instead of "human who knows everything"

I think Uchiha clan was either

1. Slain in such a way that their remains cannot be found (not by the Dead Demon Consuming seal), OR
2. There might a certain protocol for a clan massacre so that the remains might not be used for further revival (Even none from the Uzumaki clan slain in their massacre were revived, and the Uzumaki massacre happened during Kushina's childhood, way after Kin-Gin, who were Tobirama's contemporaries, died). This could be that forest dwellers protocol of disposing off bodies so that their secrets won't be revealed OR
3. Only a fellow clan member can revive a massacred clan

I think the scroll has details of how to revive massacred clans bypassing the genocide protocol, and Sasuke wishes to hear the Uchiha clan version of the massacre and events happened before

This speculation fits Madara's revival because he wasn't disposed off in a similar fashion and so his body can be customized and he can be revived, which Kabuto did

3. He would've been discovered if he tried to dig up so many graves. There is aslo possibility that clan's remains were burned or somehing.

some good points.....i bet the "them" refers to some people from the uchiha clann...like the strong ones.....sasuke might want to know why itachi had to assasinate the whole clan....

Because a Shinobi's body still carries it's secrets and DNA they probably decided to seal / burn or whatever to make the Uchiha bodies disappear.

Kabuto didn't find Izuna's, Shisui's bodies either hope that helps

madara's eyes were taken out and given to nagato long before he died....and he died with only one sharingan from a fodder.....yet he was revived with the rinnegan...

Yea, probably Itachi sealed/burned the bodies away. However I am skeptical about it as Kabuto might mention this to Tobi when he explained to him about Edo Tensei. He made a point to list some important figures that cannot be revived due to specific reasons

They aren't fodder, and it's not just my opinion Uchihas are feared for their battle skills and their eyes
Also, we can assume that Kabuto did grave digging in Kumogakure (Hizashi's body), Konohagakure (Asuma's, Kakuzu's) and Sunogakure (Chiyo's).
That's because Kabuto said he would need a considerable portion of DNA (not just a hair sample or something like forensics ) for the Edo Tensei
