Bee or A either one would get merked by Gai and Kakashi together.

Hell, it's no where near a guarantee that A and Bee together would win. Kakashi's already shown his kamui can deal with the Hachibi and Gai's speed and power in the 7th gate probably surpasses that of v2 shroud Raikage/at the very least, equals it.

Raikage doesn't move so fast that people can't react to him. People like Gai and Kakashi, known for their speed and reflexes, certainly could, if Sasuke was capable.

By this logic even Tsunade can react and dodge him... She is one of the best taijutsu users in the manga. And it was stated she is highly skilled in the art of evasion.

Yes, Sasuke could react, because he has the sharingan. Maybe Kakashi could react too. But I don't see how can Guy react his speed...

Gai isn't fighting by himself. Kakashi can just stop his blitz, let Gai enter gates, and just get it over with. Plus, Gai's reflexes are ridiculous. Dunno if they'd be good enough to react to the Raikage, but I can't imagine they'd be far off. Training in speed/taijutsu/close encounters is all he does. Gai and Kakashi are the "perfect" team. They're not going to be solo'd by A or Bee. Together would certainly be interesting though.

Also, that scenario is assuming A would just blitz Gai and Kakashi. I don't think he's that stupid..1 of them? Maybe. Both? doubt it.
