I didn't say that :| nor did I imply that. The only weakness and risks to Kirin is that you need to exhaust chakra and make the preperations. When Kirin is already set up it's pretty much unescapable to only a few characters in the manga I.e Edo Madara, Obito...

If Sasuke is in a thunderstorm, he doesn't have to waste chakra and his attacks are at the speed of lightning.

Madara was one EMS user and was Hashirama's equal. They fought many battles that ended in draw. How was he able to beat EMS Madara is a mystery, but by Manga knowledge they stood as equals. Anyhow here we have an EMS user who has mastery over several Amatersu variants, and would render Mokuton useless and the related techniques. Add Gaara to the mix and it will be too much. I give this to Sasuke (Sauce) and Gaara mid-difference until we don't actually SEE anything.
