Well Sasuke only said his going to kill everyone Konoha, but he hasn't done it yet...maybe Sasuke will change his mind about kill the people in Konoha..Sasuke could have kill everyone if wanted after him and Itachi defeated Kabuto since everyone who was strong enough to defend the Village was at war.

you cant really blame sasuke over hating the village. many people hate things because of one person. For example, a muslim terrorist bombs america, the whole muslim race is discriminated against. It happens in the shinobi world with suna and iwa respectively.
