I was wondering that after the war will the great nations and there respective village will run like they used to under different leaders or will they come along because if they continue to remain same then the whole strory will repeat so i think that they will all accept to be under leadership of someone and my guess is naruto

I doubt that would happen as the whole show is based on Naruto achieving his dream of becoming hokage. Though its possible that Naruto could become the leader of all the nations. That would kinda suck for Gaara though so once again, I doubt it.

I don't think they necessarily need to be together to maintain peace.

Pure peace can never be achieved
U can make peace in the nations so theres no struggle for power but u cant change evrey human
Some just want to do bad and hurt others and so the cycle of pain goes on
What they can do is slow it down but to stop it is impossible

I'm saying that an alliance won't work... People will struggle for power of the entire Alliance. I'm saying they are better off governing their own areas, and maintaining peace within each country.
