Izanagi and Izanami confusion

Clearly stated in the above link by Obito "is that Izanagi is a technique that can only be used by someone who possesses both the powers of the Uchiha and the Senju."

My first issue is: If Izanagi requires the powers of both clans, why is it not so to Izanami?. After all, using either techniques requires a loss of an eye.

my second issue is: Just for assumption sake, if Izanami requires both clans powers, how was Itachi able to use it against Kabuto? Shouldn't it be impossible for Itachi to use since he clearly doesn't have the other powers or DNA (Senju). or maybe Izanami doesn't require both powers only Uchiha's.

Izanagi requires senju and uchiha dna, and the only reason izanami doesn't is because of plot.

Izanagi and Izanami were said to be a pair of Jutsu, yes. But it would fallacious to assume that the requirements for both are the same.

Izanagi has the power to change destiny that requires both the powers of the Uchiha and the Senju, however Izanami is the power to settle your destiny by making you accept the reality of your situation. But Izanami does not require the power of Senju since it was created to stop people from misusing Izanagi, yet you still have to sacrifice your eye.

Think of it like this. The only real reason the two Jutsu form a pair is because one was created to stop another. Why would the Uchiha create a Jutsu which was dependent on possessing Senju DNA? It makes no sense. Remember, they took the principle of Izanagi from the Creation of All Things technique, so they had no say in the requirements of the Jutsu. But they did for Izanami, though it still required the sacrifice of an eye.

Anyway, my two cents worth is that Izanami was created by Uchiha's to stop the misuse of Izanagi. Now due to conflicting manga evidence as seen below (In the quote), Uchiha's are able to use both jutsu but potentially to a lesser extent that the SO6P could. Izanami won't require Senju lineage as it was created by the Uchiha's, for the Uchihas.
