Nagato used Preta Path to absorb him to the point where he can't go on in the fight, and Nagato takes his soul, or takes up all of Naruto's chakra. Easy win. Naruto has no counters for that. Nagato has other stuff to fight with too, so why keep bouncing on Naruto's nuts when you know that Naruto looses?

The only ones I cannot see him fighting 1vs1 are Mad, Obi, Hash, and Nag. Other than that, he can go 1vs1 with almost anybody oin the series. Don't say Naruto solos anyone, though, that's not necessarily true. It's only going to start a flame war.

Anyway, all five Kage together were able to hold their own against Madara (for a while), and we know from some of Madara's first moves that he also can destroy villages, maybe even small Countries. First why didnt the 6 pains do that? Second, Every jutsu has a weakness and i know for a fact that naruto will exploit it in the fight due to his KM clones and BM clones. So your telling me that nagato is gonna be holding out his hands against naruto sucking up all his chakra. well then naruto has SM which has frog kata and he can gain natural chakra with SM. Plus Kurama can regenerate charka as well while naruto is using SM. Third, How does nagato stop a constant spam of Bijuu dama, Rasen shuriken, rasengan, 10 KM clones and 1 BM clone, while naruto speed blitz right up to nagato and blasts his face with a 1 finger rasenshuriken. ?

Naruto faced 2 rinnegans. I think he knows how preta path works and he would counter it with His entire arsenal. Plus he got SM too.

facing 2 rinnegans doesn't mean he can beat them. When he faced edo Nagato, he even forgot that he can suck up his chakra. Against edo Madara he isn't able to do any damage to him.

He can suck up the Sage Mode rasengans without turning into a frog. Naruto can only throw rasenshuriken in either sage mode or bijuu mode, he threw rasenshuriken in sage mode at Madara and he sucked it up just fine without being affected by natural energy.

The preta path only turned into a frog because he sucked up the chakra from naruto himself, not rasengan. And naruto can't go into both bijuu and sage mode at the same time.

If Naruto gets trapped by asura path in sage mode, there really isn't much he could do.

This doesnt apply to jutsus, and as far as absorbing his chakra directly, nagato wouldnt fall for the same trick twice, naruto has been shown to fall for the same trick twice
