What happened to spiral Zetsu?

Kishi never explained what happened to him. The last time you see him, Obito was wearing his body when he was going to talk to Nagato in the flashback. We know he is still alive because he was the one playing "good boy Tobi". But when Obito changed the mask you don't see him again. Do you think he is still lurking around or is he part of Obito?

Obito no longer uses that Zetsu as an exo-suit, if that's what you're implying.

The last time we saw him, was with Nagato.

However, let's not forget the fight with Minato, when Obito's left arm was ripped off. This may just be that Obito was wearing the suit then, but without its head.

Think about it, it was Obito's right arm that got crushed, not his left. Therefore, if his left hand was shown ripping off, it means it was not his, but Zetsu's.
