Yeah you need 1500 posts for an Uchiha bio also all bios start with one element and you get extras when you progress through the ninja ranks(aka genin chunin Ect) and just because you have an Uchiha bio doesn't mean you get sharingan you need to learn it from a sensei or sempai including all your basic five elements and customs
