The 1st time Obito chose to slip through him and the second time he was in the middle of binding Naruto with Mokuton...so nope.

Basically Obito isnt fast enough to react to Naruto's Shunshin. Insert his Chakra enhanced punch and you have one dead Obito.
Naruto can also let his clone be Kamui'ed. Then Naruto can do the same thing as when Kakashi was inside the Kamui dimension. Naruto can also attack in tandum with his Kage Bunshin to make sure that obito either gets hit or stays in Kamui.

Naruto's Shunshin is pointless if Obito isn't mid attack and the only times where he will be mid attack is when he is in close combat with Naruto, so Shunshin is pointless as Obito is right in front of him.

He was going to grab Naruto and went intangible as Kakashi and Guy attacked him. The manga stateted he can't hurt someone while intangible, never said that attacking means he can't.

when has Obito used Human path? Which to use he has be tangible meaning that the Kage Bunshin or the Real Naruto can attack Obito. Also Human Path wont work on Naruto while he's Linked to Kurama. Theres a reason it takes so long to drag the Biju out of a jinchuriki and put it in Gedo Mazo. He would also be playing tug of war with Naruto and the Kyuubi, that wont end well for Obito.

Naruto can use Shunshin to move in and attack Obito, Obito wont be intangible all the time and he can't react to Naruto's Shunshin. Naruto has also used Shunshin in CQC, refer to his dodge against the 4th Raikage. He can do something similar except instead of Shunshin'ing so far behind he can stop behind obito and attack.

Naruto in BM can take care of all the Biju's, Just like he did in the manga. He wont have to waste time in a scuffle. If the Jinchuriki dont use Full Bijumode Naruto just destroyes the bodies with Bijudama, This will destroy the stakes. If Obito sinks into the ground then Naruto has time to mount another offence.
