Probably Hanzo....dude was a monster. He beat the Sannin afterall (and I'm pretty sure Jiraiya was shown training to be a sage when he was younger so he had it).....the only reason he died was because he became concerned for his life as if he lost it he would have lost his dream....and still after years of hiding he was a challenge to the ASF (he committed sekupu so he never even lost).
