Which members of the Akatsuki could Minato beat? Which members would he tie with? And which members would he lose to?

Minato could beat all of them, Obito only won his fight because he had released the Kyubi on Konaha and Minato had to use a seal to send the Beat ball away from the village and seal the kyubi away.
But before that he quickly learn the times it takes for Obito to solidify and he started laying hits on him. So all in all he could beat any of them.

Not really. Healthy Nagato is much stronger than Pein. Pein had five of his bodies blown apart by SM Naruto. Nagato soloed KM Naruto. How is Pein tougher?
