Not much is known about Enma nor the toad sage. The toad sage himself couldn't be born on the So6P's days, who existed hundreds maybe thousands of years ago. While the Bijuu were known as immortal beasts who won't die until the world ends, which will be the cause of those very Bijuu who were destined to become one being in the end.
