Lol, that would be Sasuke fans worst dream.

I don't think sasuke would even be strong enough to kill itachi yet. He barely passed the test while itachi wasn't trying after receiving the curse mark and training from orochimaru. Training just with kakashi would make him the best out of the K11, but that's about it.

What if Sasuke had become the person Itachi wanted him to be? If he had not abandoned the village but trained with Kakshi instead of following vengeance? If he had killed Itachi without learning the truth, and never fled with Orochimaru he would have been deprived many tools and powers that have helped him become stronger; including the curse mark (well it would have been sealed or removed), his sword, and more importantly his MS/EMS. I know however revenge is much of sasuke's character and has been the reason he's gained so much power but where do you think his role in the village, this war, and overall in the series would be if the story would have progressed the way Itachi planned?
You do mean the strongest at the beginning of Shippuden right? and even then it would be a stretch to say he'd be stronger than some of the K11 Neji was pretty strong and Naruto got training from a Sanin so I don't see how he could of gained that much more strength training with Kakashi.
Kakashi is still formidable and was once an ANBU and a candidate for hokage. He is still strong enough to fight against pain and Obito as a teacher I'm sure sasuke wouldn't have turned out completely fodder.
Well considering how he's going to meet this "one who knows everything" there might be a possibility
