They should really make Cash4Gun so they can persuade people who own guns to send it in for money. That way people would have less guns when they really shouldn't. The less people have guns, the better. It should only be in the hands on sane individuals, namely people in the law who are not corrupt and abuse their authority. Why are machine guns so available to everyone. We don't need these guns, it's just making it easier for insane and corrupted people to kill on a massive scale! I mean wtf.

you can sell your guns you know, and some police departments will buy guns from civilians, not sure how many but i know some do in texas
