What's to stop him from just re summoning his edo army. Yeah he ended it but couldn't he just re summon them (with some exception of course)? What do you think?

If he gets out of Izanami, then yes, he could just summon them again.

Nothings stopping him, he'll just have to get there blood and do the ritual again, since all the edo's except Madara has been released.
