Well, They would gain the advantages from the Uzumaki clan such as, Strong bodies, Long lives, Will of fire, Ability to use sealing Jutsu with ease as far as we are aware of and from the Hyuga side the Byakugan which would probably be enhaced because of Senju DNA gentle fist fighting style would be adapted and pale eyes, From naruto in particular I would have to say High chakra reserves, the rasengan and shadows clone jutsu's.
