who would win, Pain, Itachi, or Raikage?

Would Pain have been able to win against Raikage, i think he has a chance if Raikage has no knowledge of his abilities. I don't know about Itachi, if Sasuke could hold his own against Raikage, i think Itachimight be able to beat him. What do you think?
