Some people believe that all tsukuyomi last 1second or something. But that is wrong. If it was the case, then why casting infinite tsukuyomi? It's only that Itachi is able to control the length of his tsukuyomi to such an extent that it can be casted in just an instant if he wanted. to use tsukuyomi for a very long time since he needed to take control of Kabuto for minutes in order to comprehend how Edo tensei work and actually control kabuto with it to stop it.

So like you can see, the duration of tsukuyomi depends on the user and also his chakra reserves. More the tsukuyomi takes long, more it takes chakra to maintain it. So since a one second tsukuyomi already took a tole on Itachi, i'm not sure if he can maintain it for that long if he is alive for example

For those who still don't believe Sasuke has tsukuyomi, manga showed that there is no reason he doesn't have it. Manga has shown that all what you need to use Ms techniques is having the eye power. Itachi, Danzo or even a simple crow are able to cast Shisui's Kotoamatsukami just by having his eyes. Sasuke himself has Itachi's eyes currently. So there is no reason why he could not use tsukuyomi. If he really couldn't use tsukuyomi, then it would be shame on Sasuke's side since it would mean that a crow is more talented than him xd

Normally he should have Itachi's Susanoo items as well, but since it's probable that those items are not Itachi's eye powers but instead items Itachi found somewhere, it can be a possible explanation why he doesn't have them

Another fact to support that Sasuke does indeed have Tsukuyomi is the Susano'o requirements. Susano'o requires one to have both Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu. Every person we've seen who uses Susano'o so far has displayed one or both of these. Itachi used both, Sasuke uses Amaterasu frequently, and Madara showed Tsukuyomi in Tobi's flashbacks. So it would make sense that Sasuke also possesses Tsukuyomi and Madara also possesses Amaterasu, since both use Susano'o.

Danzo compared Sasuke's Genjutsu to Itachi's Tsukuyomi thats all not once did the manga state Sasuke used Tsukuyomi nor does it state he has it, EMS Sasuke could have it though due to him having Itachi's eyes.

Itachi never really intended on taking Sasuke's eyes. Factor in also that he went in with the intention of loosing the fight + acted/set the whole scenario up so that he'd loose then it's feasible that he let Sasuke break free from it. Just a possible scenario because it seems a bit far-fetched that a 3 tomoe Kakashi get's owned by Itachi's tsukuyomi yet a 3 tomoe Sasuke breaks free from it.
