It's in my explanation. It's like the ghost girl Perona... she can fly or float because of her powers, and I think Doflamingo has a similar ability.

Yea I saw, but I'm just gonna wait until we know for sure before jumping to conclusions about souls and that stuff (Which are theories without substance atm). I have a hard time believing he's like Perona. I think his flying is related to his strings somehow, but we'll see

Maybe he's flying by grappling the clouds?

Of course, it's just a theory without any proof whatsoever. I actually think it's a much higher possibility of just the string string fruit, but I had fun making this.

Grabbing clouds sounds a bit... weird. Though I can imagine him doing it if the "strings" he uses can be attached to absolutely everything. Though I'm actually finding it highly unlikely.

Lili here is right. Haki even means ambition, which is the same as "drive". It's also why Sanji retained his Haki when he was in Nami's body.

I personally believe Joker uses King's Haki to control people and that he does his finger stuff just for appearance, just to flaunt. As for why he's flying, the String String thing makes sense, so I'm not too sure. Maybe he has the Glide Glide Fruit.
