Is Obito jealous of Naruto?

Obito seems to have a bit of an odd attitude while fighting Naruto, for someone who said he doesn't care about nothing, in a psychological way he sure is showing jealously towards him. Just read the latest two Manga chapters and you will see what I mean. He seems to be using the Juubi to specifically get at Naruto I think this because he threatened Madara so that he could use his own plan of action.

It would make sense why he envies Naruto so much, someone who is a lot like his old self but went through a lot worst and still remained good, maybe something has clicked in Obito's head that he may of overreacted with the Rin situation but he is split with denial and thinks if he can corrupt Naruto's perspective of how he views the world he may able to put his mind at rest again and carry on with the plan or maybe he is just trying to convert Naruto so he has another alley. Tell me what you think.

He's probably just curious about how Naruto will react to all this. Naruto reminds him of himself, and so far, he seems to be immune to Obito's "everyone will become trash" rule, so Obito probably just wants to see if he can change that, to confirm that he's right about the ninja world having no hope

I wouldn't doubt it, to a certain extent. He sees Hinata, alive and at Naruto's side and thinks of Rin, dead and loving Kakashi instead of him. On top of that he sees himself in Naruto, and sees just how much their lives are on the opposite end of the spectrum.

Naruto has people that care about him even love him. Obito doesn't, I think that he is jealous of Naruto. Naruto basically has everything Obito ever wanted such as recognition and love.

Naruto is lucky he has e has people to pull him back to the light when he's about to lose his way. EX : Minato, Iruka and Hinata.
Obito didn't have that.
