of course not. NBers are pretty half-assed debaters that dont read the manga and automatically say that their favorite character wins no matter how dumb they sound or look. fanboys/fangirls which this site is mostly made of can never change the opposing sides mind on a topic. not to mention that the threads made on NB can be quite ridiculous sometimes and already have an obvious answer to them.

:lmao:

except if I'm pretty sure you have been proven wrong plenty of times by not only me, but others as well...I remember skimming over threads and just thinking how wrong you were in some cases when others were right and you wouldn't accept it.

I think I have been corrected on mistakes and I think that's about it. Unless the fanboy in you is clouding your judgement, you should know most of the aspects in naruto to make the right decision.

except when i posted manga pages which showed exactly what i was saying and the other side said some BS and twisted the words of a character or twisted what happened in the scan.

there are plenty of manga scans that i know off the top of my head which people intentionally misinterpret or twist the characters statement to downplay said character or when they dont want to admit when they are wrong.

I'm not saying you're never right, there are times when I agreed with you.....but you were proven wrong. I don't remember exactly which thread it was, but the most recent one I participated with you in it, I recall everyone disagreeing with you on your points with valid evidence including me.

it doesnt matter if everyone disagrees. thats just means that A lot of people believe in something thats wrong. its like there was a famous scientist that lived years ago(cant remember his name) got killed because of his discoveries that it wasnt the fact that people didnt go to church that caused suffering and disease but germs and microscopic organisms. he was merely killed because people didnt agree with him even though the evidence was right in their face. its the same way that the people are on NB. no matter how much evidence is presented, they say that their favorite character always wins.

and there's also the science of theory being a theory and not fact. Everything on narutobase is a theory until it's shown in the manga which make it fact. And there's also the science of falsification which scientists use as a means to experiment their theories with possible failures to prove that it's actually right. If the theory and it's flaws are thought out, then the theory is tested with these flaws to see if it holds up until it fails. The more it holds, the better the theory.

You on the other hand go toward vailidificationism which doesn't dress the flaws in your theory.

The manga can be misinterpreted which gives rise to topics such as Hiruzen being god of shinobi which means Hirusen>Hashi.

There is no fact, only theories. And a theory with the flaws thought out makes it a good theory. And if people disagree and find flaws within your theory when you hadn't, means it's probably a bad theory.

There are only plausible outcomes in assumptions until the manga actually shows it.

when the statements and feats are on panel, then that makes it fact.

Sorry I actually accidentally erased half of my comment when you responded due to editing. Here is all of what I said

There is no fact, only theories. And a theory with the flaws thought out and fleshed makes it a good theory because you're willing to accept that it may be wrong. And if people disagree and find flaws within your theory when you hadn't, means it's probably a bad theory.

yes i do go straight towards validity. i dont come up with theories. i dont go for the guessing and speculation. i first go for the facts that are already there. bringing up all these hypothetical situations like the majority do is completely pointless. i go for the manga which already have the facts in them.

if character A is stated or implied to be >character B then thats what it is until contradicted.
i merely compare what characters have shown and if necessary use character statements. i look at character statements from a manga standpoint. an example is of hashiramas strength being a fairytail. how is hiruzens strongest hokage hype valid if the people that gave him the name dont believe in hashiramas strength?

and here's my answer to your example as a point.

Because everyone from Hashirama's time is pretty much dead save for a few, just like no one believes in the existence of SO6P because there are no reliable witnesses(kinda like how in real life we can't prove whether Jesus or his acts were real or not)? And we also know legends are not always as true as they are told in the first place.....

If Hashi was as powerful as people claim, he wouldn't have died. If Hashi regenerates instantly, wouldn't that mean that he also has eternal youth, meaning that someone must have killed him? And by someone, meaning a fodder until proven otherwise?

Using Manga scans to back up a theory still means it's a theory and can still be disproved. Yes, you can back it up with any amount of evidence and be well thought out, but that doesn't make it perfect. Plenty of good theories were proven wrong with a sufficient amount of evidence.

And my point is that you were indeed wrong at times and did make bad theories/justifications, but not all the time....just like I did and everyone else in NB because no one is perfect.

im open to all sides of a debate and will admit im wrong when proven wrong by the manga. i was dead set against tobi being obito..it was too obvious just (like minato being naruto's dad) and i didnt want to accept it, behold though, kishi is even simpler than i could have ever imagined lately...

I haven't been here a month and I have once or twice. I wouldn't say it was one person but several in one of the "who's the strongest" threads.
