I think she is starting to have more feelings for Naruto as time goes on and these will come out during the war at some point. I think she'll sacrifice herself for Naruto at a pivotal moment.

I like Sakura but I think that would be a phenomenal ending for her character. Really badass plus the haters gonna shut up.

Excellent chapter. its about time we had a bit of dialogue again. nice. am glad naruto has FINALLY acknowledged how much hinata cares for him. not only that, but also how brave she truly is (lets remember that she was the only one by his side when he was about to be defeated by Pain during the attack on Konoah, and again she stands beside him). Would be great for her to fuse Byakugan with narutos kyuubi Chakra (she managed to fuse byakugan with Inos mind transfer jutsu, so why not?) am also glad all those sakura/naruto dreamers can finally see what happens... girl (sakura) turns down boy (naruto) on countless occasions... girl chases after another boy (sasuke) who has never shown an interest in her, original boy meets new girl(hinata), new girl stands by his side. new girl ALWAYS loved boy anyway. ... flat chested pink haired girl sees the same boy she turned down become a perfect jinchuriki and SO6P reincarnation AND become hokage. pink haired girl watches him... and byakugan girl run off into the sunset hand in hand..... oh... Pink haired girl still does not get sasuke, so settles for Sai, or rock Lee. (both really liked her, remember?)

Lol jokes aside, i am happy with the way things are panning out. kishimoto is on point once again..

Agreed. Evil part is, next week Kishi is probably gonna switch to Sasuke and leave us hangin. D;

But anyways good chapter. Mostly talk but still good.

Haha me too, I don't know why but I like the romance part of Naruto even though there's not alot of it, but this chapter was amazing. I'm just imaging the next chapter if it was animated. Remember when naruto fought pain. When pain said " Let's go!" remember that music? That's what's going through my head for when naruto and hinata start to attack.

I don't think it'll be switching to sasuke anytime soon. I think the alliance is going to destroy the tentails, by that I mean sealing it somehow, then they will return to their own villages, bury the corpses (like poor neji's T^T) and then Naruto will be off to fight sasuke.

5/5 Nice chapter. *********** translation is always a help in the talk no jutsu chapters..
1. Naru-Hina it is, which is not a surprise. Naru-Hina episodes are always very sweet
2. Bee slamming down the Juubi is awesome
3. Madara is spooked by Obito, and he isn't his subordinate anymore, and he's the one calling the shots on juubi now
4. Any chance we might see new byakugan powers or usage due to Hinata using Kurama's chakra?
5. Wonder how long Naruto can sustain Kurama mode now?
6. I think the reason for Rin's death would become a twist of some sort making Obito completely revolt against Madara
7. I don't think Sasuke and Oro has got to do anything with controlling the Juubi. They would mostly help in eliminating Madara

right you are. Your point no.6 is going to be reason of Obito's change against Madara. It seems like Kakashi wants to say something now and that is could be about Rin's death.

This is my theory. The Sage of Six Paths was the god of the Ninja world and the one who founded ninjitsu. He was the first person to defeat the Jyubi. Its is said that he had two sons, the first one had his eyes (spiritual energy), becoming the ancestor of the Uchiha (and all those with the eye justsu). The 2nd son had his body (Will of fire) becoming the ancestor of Senju. I think the key to defeating the Jyubi and restoring balance lies in possessing these two qualities. I used to think Naruto was the one especially considering the fact that Nagata an Uzumaki possessed the sharigan but apparently Madara gave it to him so for a time he had the power of the Sage of Six Paths (body n eyes). The missing key was Hinata which was revealed in 615. Hinata has the Byakugan (representing the eyes). Naruto thus its a descendant of the 2nd son and Hinata that of the 1st Son. Their powers combined form that of the Rikudo Senin. The two therefore will be instrumental in defeating the Ten Tails.

P.S. Another interesting detail is how see how Hinata's hair looks like that of the Red Hot-Blooded Habanero = #Kushina in the final page of chapter 615. This scene reminisces the battle between Minato n Kushina and the Kyubi

I actually liked Neji, he was usually described in such a bad ass way. They should have given him more air time before the death but it's war and casualties are to be expected. But way to go Hinata getting Naruto back to his senses, nothing like a backhand to help. I hope this leads to Hinata x Naruto (if she survives the battle/war)..
