Sasuke wasn't thinking right for the entire manga, but now I believe he probably regained his sense. Sakura seems like the Hinata-stalker-type that used to stalk Sasuke a lot. In this case, however, Sasuke was a complete jerk and she herself still kept clinging on. Despite the recent change of events, Sakura still has the desire to see him again deep down inside. If Sasuke is alive by the end of the series though...
Anyways, if Sasuke rejects Sakura again, the only other possible choice is Lee, who is the one in the series other than Naruto, who actually showed interest in her. He was the one who swore to protect her as well, and would make sure she wouldn't get hurt. He was friend-zoned however, but he can escape it later. He will make sure to put all that Taijutsu training to work if you know what I mean.
As for Naruto... :stfu: The NaruSaku boat has sunk so deeply into the ocean that it is not funny. So deeply that Jiraiya's corpse will be meeting them shortly. My reason for it is because he's occupied if you know what I mean, as further stressed in this chapter due to this development.
