Jirobo could destroy a village... easily?

Anybody think this is possible?
He can lift a rock this size as a human:

You must be registered for see images

And when he's in his second stage, he's ten times stronger.
Imagine the rock he could lift in that stage. It would be big enough to probably come close to crushing a village. And it doesn't seem to require chakra for him to throw it. Meaning if he was able to put chakra into his throw also, an even bigger rock.

Simple image that stone times 10, but I doubt that he could destroy a village.
