But what is stopping Madara from using the Rinnegan.... and reviving himself?
He's already dead what does he stand to lose lol
Just the one time since he is an edo,getting his real body back. not a neverending loop of revivals lol

Yeah but does it say it needs a living body? Madara is using blood limits while dead. Just wondering if it says it anywhere that a dead body cannot perform that move.

I was under the impression that you could survive that move, like Konan telling Nagato not to use that move"in the state he's in" cuz he would surely die then.

Probably something like this. Or, the soul must be summoned from the other world (or whatever they call it), which can't be done since his soul is on Earth. But with Madara, I guess anything is possible.

Madara's soul is already incorporated into an edo-body, I don't think he could properly transfer his soul doing edo-tensei.

the rinne tensei works by returning the soul of the dead from the death realm to its original body,but his soul right now is linked to another body by ET,it's not in the death realm anymore,that's why he can't rinne tensei himself
