I'm actually writing this talk I'm gonna give and I would like to see of any one of you have any ideas at the end. Just to see what you got. I would like to have a minute and a half worth of material or ideas. But has to pertain to the main scripture. Here it is:

We're walking to a door, we get there, start knocking and somebody opens the door and there really angry at us. What do we do?

Do we retaliate and start to argue with them? Or do we tell them that we are so sorry that we disturb them we were just sharing some good news from the bible. Surly we would not want to make someone angry to the point that they become violent or hostile towards us. Good manners on our part along with common courtesy can help us to melt resentment and maintain respect towards any person. That includes friends and those of the christen congregation.

But the question is why do people get upset when we come to there doors? Is it because they don't understand are message? Or maybe it's because they're just to busy. Maybe they just been misinformed.

Notice what King Solomon says in Proverbs 15:1, why don't we turn there and see what it says that's Proverbs 15:1. "An answer, when mild, turns always rage, but a word causing pain makes anger to come up."

Anger is define as a term used to describe strong emotion of displeasure. Whereas Rage is define as a feeling of extreme anger.

How can this scripture help us to deal with another person's anger as well as our own?

Harsh words cause pain under any situation. Yet a mild reply can calm things down and defuse a tense situation. We don't want to fight fire with fire. Instead we can use the example in the bible "An answer, when mild, turns always rage, but a word causing pain makes anger to come up."

What about the christen congregation? How can we keep peace with others in the christen congregation.

Are relationship with others will benefit when we display a peaceable spirit. The bible mentions that's wrath, anger, and abusive speech should be taken away. When we are angry or aggressive with people it drives them away. And we may find ourselves alone without dependable friends. What can we do?

When someone is upset, try to understand why he or she behaves that way. Making allowances for the mistakes of others reflects god's own mercy, and can help slow down your feelings of anger. Do not have companionship with anyone given to anger. And with a man having fits of rage.

This is what I got so far. Anything I can add?

It's obvious you did not read. I'm not talking about anything or whatever you are thinking. Please read before you go and make stupid assumptions.

I,live in a Jehovah's Witness household. It's pretty familiar to me. I myself aren't one though.

That's funny. You know. Are your parents witnesses? Or do you have someone that regular goes to the Kingdom Hall?

Like how did you guess so well? Being that you live in a environment as that I know quite well...

And guys! I have a question! Please stay on topic. I respect other religions as they are. But I don't want this to be a debate. You can't debate god's word. Please don't discuss anything dealing with other religions.

Remember each person is different and everyone teaches others in a different way. I honestly live in Florida I don't go to the same Kingdom Hall as to whatever state you live in.

As for me. We have different view points but the bible interprets itself where like it says in 2 Timothy "All scripture are inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, reproving, setting things straight." As long as you go along with what the Bible says and follow it as it state than I honestly don't have a problem. I mean I'm not gonna shove a bible down your mouth and tell you what right and wrong. Only you can change. I have nothing! I can't read your heart. Only you brother!

You see, the reason they egg on is,because they truly believe their religion is right because of the bible.

By egging on, they're attempting to save your life, believe it or not. That's what they genuinely believe.

Note: I am not saying "believe" to say Witnesses are wrong, but that there is no guarantee they're right.

My mother, grandma and a few aunts and uncles are. I go almost every Sunday, but I don't enjoy it really.

Believe me. There's nothing to be proud of. I never thought I was more better than the person next to me.

The Bible gives so much good news. And when you have good news you want to preach to people, right? So that's why Jesus told us in Matthew to go forth and make disciples. We are no better than everyone. We are imperfect humans that so at times. I myself am not a proud person. And I make mistakes. Does not mean I'm better. I'm just human.

Yes, you are right, no humans have the right to be superior than anthor human, were all humans, its just some of those people who do not understand this, Even in the Bible even tho Jesus was the Savior he didn't call himself Superior he was slapped spat on and stripped, he through away his shameless pride and took it even tho he was sinless. and more superior indeed.

I'm sorry. That's not right. I honestly don't know who is knocking at your doors. But you can't force something and expect them to accept it. Only by teaching. Not everyone is gonna agree.

Thanks for telling me this. I mean if you come across any of us. We do tend to talk a lot. Like if I was there knocking on your door it would be different. Maybe or not.

I'll keep that in mind. Do you remember the conversation that took place?

From what I've seen, most jehovah's witnesses try to force their beliefs on other people. That is why people don't respond well. You shouldn't knock on people's doors, at all, imo. As for the text, gl.

It's kinda obvious you're a Jehovah's Witness. And that's not the same thing as Christianity if I'm not mistaken.
