Ok so I was thinking that if the game is going to have over 70 characters, who would take up each slot so here's my list:

1. Base Naruto
2. Sage mode Naruto
3. KCM Naruto
4. Susano'o Sasuke
5. Sakura
6. Sai
7. Sharingan Kakashi (MS awakening)
8. Yamato (eventhough he's been gone for literally 100 chapters)
9. Shikamaru
10. Ino
11. Choji (Butterly mode)
12. Rock lee
13. Neji
14. Tenten
15. Edo Asuma
16. Might Guy
17. Gaara
18. Kankuro (sasori puppet)
19. Temari
20. Killer Bee (8 tails)
21. 2 tails
22. 3 tails
23. 4 tails
24. 5 tails
25. 6 tails
26. 7 tails
27. Hinata
28. Shino
29. Kiba
30. Darui
31: Hanzo
32. Mifune
33. 4th Raikage

76. Young Killer Bee?
77. Young Oonoki?
78. Young Minato?

So yeah its still 70+ characters lol what do you think?

Edit: I realise the list is messed up after the 7 swordsman just ignore it
