it seems the older son is overrepresented

Madara isnt truly a living descendant (edo tensei).

So its more like:
Sasuke and Obito (and this one is kept alive with Hashi cells, and uses rinnegan implant, I wouldnt even call him truly a living descendant either.

So its more like :
Sasuke for real and than maybe Obito and Madara (both not truly, the latter the least).

And on the younger son side:
Naruto, Karin and maybe Juugo (I expect him to related to the Sage/Juubi with the whole nature theme).
