There are many post that i wanted to put in response to this thread, but i decided to just put on big post, here it goes.
-Couldnt take this thread seriously when i saw who were number 1&2 on your list.
-when you asked people how they thought madara is better than naruto heres why, its fu*king madara nuff said, for those who want "fact" for this statement heres why. Madara has amaterasu, mokuton, EMS, PS, rinnegan, all the six paths jutsus, and lets not forget that badars meteor jutsu. Madara has decadesof battle experience compared to narutos little skirmish experience also Madara was able to control a fully powered Kurama whereas it took naruto FOREVER to learn to control half of kuramas power.
-I like how in the thread title SageMode V2 said no bias no bs no fanboyism yet when people posted their own list he acted like a **** towards them and when people thought his list was wrong he got all booty tickled. Also on the no fanboyism part it seems like you were trying to make a push for naruto to be number 1 on the list by saying he can beat hashirama and madara along with the fact that your prof pic is naruto along with saying he "tanked" the juubis TBB and TBB tanks PS (until i see a manga page showing PS getting demolished by it PS & TBB are equal) this is just my observation mind you.
-Sagemode V2 you are a hypocrite, you say that everyone in the narutoverse is given a power yet when you compare ninja with naruto you only point out the given powers of the other ninja never narutos or you give some excuse as to how naruto had to fight and train hard for his so it doesnt count as a given power (which by the way is bs). By the way edo madara and madara are the same person, before madara dies he already acquired rinnegan and hashis cells, in his death his eyes were given to nagato, all this is backed by the manga (plus i dont count rinnegan and hashis cells as givens since you have to be part uchiha anyhow to aqcuire rinnegan and madara got hashis cells through his fight with the man himself he "earned" those cells).
-im going to attempt to make a list based off character strength, how much theyre feared/respected, and their knowledga/abilities. Heres where im going to take some criticism but in my list im only going to include characters who play a part in the story. What this means is that im not going to include characters who we only recently started to hear about, and no edo tenseis(so sorry but no SO6P, all the revived kages will not be a factor of this list). The most importan part of my list is that im going to take away every characters plot advantage so yes some characters might be higher than they should be and some might be lower than they should be but thats because im taking out their plot advantage. Also this is my PERSONAL OPINION of how i think it would be, not fact, if plot no jutsu wasnt involved here it goes

4. Itachi
5. Sasuke/Naruto
6. Oonoki
7. Orochimaru

now before you all go criticizing my list remember im taking away plot advantage for every charcter. But heres why i ranked my choices the way i did. Madara is over hashi because while they are both hyped up characters weve actually seen madara in combat while weve only heard about hashi also from what i heard from madara recently leads me to believe that madara lost to hashi on purpose in order to acquire his cells.
Hashirama is second close first because of his mokuton, insane healing abilty and ability to surpress tailed beast not to mention his enormous battle experience.
Nagato is third because when you take away plot advantage he kills naruto twice and nearly everyone in leaf village he also took over rain village killed jiraiya and hanzo. Also wields rinnegan extrememly well.
Itachis place is going to draw alot of controversy but when you take away everything plot did to him he is extremely powerful. think about it he kills his entire clan, he never gets sick, he kills sasuke and gets EMS (now tell me a healthy EMS itachi wouldnt be scary) . Now lets look at his abilities, i place him as being smarter than shikamaru, he finds a weakness in everything and he has a bunch of one shot kills. His skills include amaterasu, tsukoyomi, izanami, possibly izanagi, KA, expert fire and water user, master genjutsu and possibly the strongest susanoo. His susanoo inlcudes the yata mirror and totsuka sword the mirror is said to deflect any attack while the sword can seal anything away. If this is true about the weapons then the mirror should be able to deflect a TBB and the sword should be able to seal the juuibi making his susanoo virtually invincible.
Sasuke and naruto are equal because kishi, you know the creator of naruto,said they are so thats good enough for me.
Oonoki has years of experience, can fly( making coombat and some justus completely useless) and has dust release.
Orochimaru has learned nearly every forbidden jutsu, knows reanimation justu,very strong and has tons of knowledge,also a legendary sannin.
Minato, to me he is overrrated all hes known for is being fast and for me that doesnt cut it. plus its not even his natural speed its seals placed on the kunai he throws every where, so all one would have to do is destroy his kunai and he cant use FTG. the reason hes on the list is that he was taught by jiraiya (a sannin) he invented the rasengan and he "defeated" Kurama and sealed away half his power forever.
A(raikage) is extremely fast and strong and is a master of lightning style
Kakashi yet another character which causes controversy but when you take awat plot and what kishi did to him youll understand. Kakashi is probably the most known and respected ninja in the leaf, created chidori, MS, rasengan, kamui, and knows over a 1000 jutsus also an ex anbu member. in past fights we saw kakashi getting owned by opponents he shouldve easily beaten (the kakuzu fight and fighting the technology pain body) i mean if sakura can beat sasori then kakashi shouldve easily handled kakuzu. he makes the list because towards more recent events kakashis back to his old self he took out the edo 7 mist swordsmen and in narutos fight with obito kakshi was the only one able to hit obito. So yes kakashi is highly underrated. kabuto doesnt make it because in a one on one fight he doesnt have nearly enough time to prepare edotensei and lets not forget he was defeated by itachi who also wiped out the edo army plus kabuto without all the ablilities he stole is a joke and obito doesnt make it because the juuibi isnt his,he doesnt use the rinnegan and he can be defeated by kakashi.
