minato is not a tie with obito he cannot even touch sasuke

You have absolutely no proof that either Obito or Madara can control the Juubi on their own. Unless you do, it doesn't count.

Totally forgot about Nagato, I was thinking about Danzo's KA and Nagato escaped me. I'll add him. But other than that mistake...?

It's a very close list to what I would say. just some opinions that could go either way. For example, I like 3rd Raikage > Muu/2nd Mizukage. Or Itachi > Sasuke. Good list tho.

This reason Madara isnt on here is because he is property of kabuto. Kabuto in his prime owns madara. And Hashirama, Hiruzen, and Minato have to much hype to be decided so either we place them together or remove them all so there cant be a arguement.

The real Hashirama who stood on top of the shinobi world and who defeated EMS Madara with his Perfect Susano'o has never been beaten with his Hokage-worthy brother by a 69 year old Hiruzen.

We don't know how well they can control the Jūbi by themselves.

True about the "ball of death" with Nagato, but also that ability does also have bad things, etc it take long time for it to be complete, also is not possible to move it if it huge. It require tons of concentration, safe place to stand on and not least it take TONS of chakra to use.

Only thing I can see nagato counter hashirama would be because of the six paths to use betwin (all elements).

Where is muu and second mizukage. the 2 shinobi who fight as invisible shinobi. How do you fight someone you cant see. Your list needs a major improvement.
