Is Obito is the only one in Uchiha clan who possess s/t jutsu?

There are only a few people known to unlock the ms, so any ms ability is somehow unique. For example Itachi has yata mirror and totsuka, Sasuke can control amaterasu, Shisui had Ka.....
Obito has s/t abilities. Thats it

weren't Totsuka and Yata just weapons that Itachi picked up along the way, they cant be Sharingan Techs if Orochimaru knew about them and were looking for em

Yeah... They have no relevance to Itachi Ms abilities. Well, apart from the fact that his susanoo has the ability to wield them.
