Obito's rinnegan vs Nagato's rinnegan

Now this is only an interpration of facts.

But is Obito's rinnegan weaker than Nagato's rinnegan or is Obito just weaker than Nagato.

Because it bugs me, because Konan quoted from chapter 449 "if he uses it now with these chakra levels....yet he still wants to follow this child"

If interpreted in certain way, indicates that if Nagato wasn't so depelted of chakra from the earlier fight, that he might be able to survive the Gedo Rinnie Tensei.

So why does Obito need to die to rez one person?

Nagato is the best Rinnegan user because he have had it this whole life, but Obito have the power of Rikudou sennin (Uchiha and Senju) and we can almost say he have infinite chakra. So if they created a CT then Obito's would be bigger for example.

Nagato probably only had enough chakra for konoha but couldn't ressurrect jiraiya cause it happened too far back

All the Rinnegan were Madara's. The S06P's eyes are long gone (probably). Madara transplanted them into Nagato, who then had it grave robbed by Obito. Obito has less chakra than Nagato did, meaning he can't use Rinnegan as much.

Nagato > Naruto. That's already part of the lore. Naruto "won" because the Kyuubi and his Dad saved him. Plot jutsu beat Nagato, not Sage Mode.
