According to the manga, green had a charizard, and red had the venusaur. I mean, manga wise, there are many mistakes up there, but game wise, that's accurate

I went with both their teams as they appear on Black 2 & White 2. I haven't played the game, just searched it up on 'Bulbapedia' xD

Their teams are like that in soul silver and heart gold, that's where I thought you got that from. I don't plan on playing the new games
