Could Itachi have taken on Hiruzen?

Yes I call myself a fanboy of Hiruzen as well. Knowing every move in Konoha allows you to summon it. If he knows how to use all techniques, like Orochimaru stated, he can use this. Once again he can move and use techniques while he's burned for a short amount of time.

am curious, how do people even consider him on hiruzen's level ?? unless you like to turn these fights to chess games and see this attack and counter forgetting that you ain't the characters (you also talk as if hiruzen will be on the defence the entire fight). i really wana know why you even think itachi has a chance against a PRIME hiruzen ?? itachi wasn't even said to be the strongest of anything, not the strongest of the akatsuki, not the strongest of konoha, ran from jiraiya, picked up on a weakened oro, and his true fight was against sasuke, i mean come on he is nothing compared to hiruzen.

But at least in Hashi's case, he beat someone who adds to his credibility of being hyped: Madara. What has hiruzen done besides become 3rd? That is why, people don't believe he is truly as strong as he is. He hasn't done anything that makes his prime noteworthy. Besides something somethign Iruka said over 600 chapters ago, there really isn't much on him. I have nothing against hiruzen, but he really isn't as good as everyone says. Besides, there is nothing Hiruzen has that can beat genjutsu or susanoo. There just isn't. prove to me that something is there and I will believe you.

Tsukuyomi- Enma Snaps him out. He has a 5 in stats in genjutsu which means he wont fall for a fodder technique which no one but Kakashi has fell for.

Tsukiyomi cannot be snapped out of in time since it is instant. He would fall down and then boom, end of match. and enma cant wake him up. He isn't a bijuu that is inside him. He can't break it. He'll just copy what chiyo did to naruto. which, in the end, barely worked.
