Could prime Hiruzen have defeated Orochimaru and his Edos?

You obviously have no idea how Tsunade's healing works. She can heal from any injury. She can even replace her internal organ.
Hashirama's healing is said to be on the same level. And lastly if he wasn't an edo, he would have noticed the paper bomb.

not really. silent killing, earth style sandwich technique, and black panther are better than any of hiruzen's pathetic jutsus besides the reaper death seals. his lame mud + fire attacks and kunais wont do jack shit.

Not really since Dan gave her chakra. Another proof of that is that she had enough chakra to summon katsuyu. As a comparison to summon Gamabunta, Naruto needed Kyubi's chakra in part1. Which means that she had enough chakra at that moment
