So I was thinking of this little short story called A Christmas Ninja starring Obito Uchiha.
Plot
The story takes place the night just before The Fourth Shinobi World War, Obito Uchiha is sleeping peacefully in his cosy bed until he is awakened by Nagato Uzumaki's ghost, he tells Obito he will be visited by three different Ghosts this very night.
Obito falls back to sleep for awhile and is awakened by another ghost who is his former Sensei, Minato Namikaze. He tells him that he is the Ghost of Ninja Past and takes Obito into the past to show him what a good person he used to be and the good times he once had. After he is brought back to his bed, Mnato tells him that another ghost will come for him one hour from now.
Obito once again falls asleep, all is silent once more, just then a window bursts open with a gush of cold wind flooding the room startling Obito from his slumber, through that same window the ghost of a Rin Nohara floated in, She told Obito she was The Ghost of Ninja Present and took him to see the Ninja army preparing for the great battle ahead. As again she took Obito back to his warm bed and told him there will be one more ghost who will visit him moments from now who will show Obito his fate.
Patiently waiting this time, not knowing what he may expect he shuddered to think whom he might see, moments later a mist started to engulf the room blackening Obito's vision, he sees a faint shadowed figure coming towards him telling him that he was the Ghost of Ninja future, Obito recognizes that voice and the shadowed figure reveals himself as Madara Uhchia, he tells Obito to come with him and he is soon teleported to a vast plain where he and Madara are standing on top of the 10 Tails and facing against the Ninja army, just then............
