this reffers to all uchiha's as you know them. There is no age limit. Based on what we know of the uchiha's, who would have been the most dangerous. Presuming that if Madara won, all the uchiha's would still be alive.

after madara takes over he would still be clan leader.Fugaku was the clan leader at the massacre so that means he was the strongest of all his peers.Madara would of seen the potential of fugaku and could of trained him to succeed after his rule.Shisui at this time already had a ms and we all know what that does.Madara could of used him as his right hand man in helping him dominate other villages. If this is a world where uchiha are still alive then itachi would not have a ms and obito would of never unlocked his in the manner the he did so also would not have a ms.

You guys didnt quite get the answer in time, or posted multiple answers that doesnt count. Dont be discouraged. Ill make another thread like this shortly and explains the rules properly since they were'nt very clear this time around.

We don't know that. KA might have a weakness and most likely Shishui wasn't the first to obtain it either. Multiple people have amaterasu, susanoo, tsukuyomi. Obito has one eye, doesn't have susanoo, but can be assumed he has tsukuyomi for his "infinite tsukuyomi" plan since it seemed he wasn't trying to revive Madara. Instead of Susanoo he might have gotten Kamui as an alternative.

Besides with KA, we see Danzo having to focus his to work on Mifune, as soon as he stopped focusing it on Mifune, he went back to normal. So in a battle, would one be able to constantly focus it on the target? Also Danzo contemplated throwing away KA for Izanagi during his fight with Sasuke. His KA at that moment was already awakened.

Madara still is the strongest. KA is still genjutsu and all genjutsu have a weakness, we just don't have enough info on KA to know about it, but it's likely the Uchiha do.
