Ok so everyone remember the janemba movie where other world was falling apart? now where are all the other saiyans they are probably in hell but hell was combining with the earth of some thing like that so why wasent any of them shown! so many times in the other world yet not a single mention of the saiyains there other than goku vegeta and radditz

The DBZ movies aren't cannon, so they don't count as the main story line.

As for in the Buu saga where they were showing hell watching Goku fighting Buu, I guess Akira chose to leave the saiyans out, but i'm sure they were also watching Goku's fight...

Planet Vegeta was on another galaxy.

Only the Northen galaxy was colapsing = hell just for individual that died
on the northen galaxy wich was under the northen Kai.

Because since they were "Saiyans" I think that the Kai's believed they would just be so rebellious, aggressive to all the others. So that they locked them up in some level lower than hell.

Well I just tought n.n.. Same goes with heaven and thats why none of
the death heroes from other galaxies were shown until the tournament of the other world
