I'd say tsunade,A might be fast,but he fights linear,he can't kill her with one or two hits,he has to get close and fight,she could smash the ground to make him loose balance,then one punch and he is gone,but seriously,why restrict katsuya?

all im saying is that A has the ability to cut of tsunade's head based on what we've seen from the manga

as to why she stiil has her head i'd say the plot it would have taken orchimaru a simple swing of his head to cut of her head but instead he chose to stab her in the chest. why not stab her in the brain? its obvious kishi didn't want her to die cause she had to be hokage so thats why i think she still has her head

No, Orochimaru could't kill her. And as I remember Tsunade was the one who let Orochiaru to stab her. I mean she wanted to protect Naruto. She was able to protect him = she was able to dodge his attacks. So your argument is invalid.

A wins ... The entire fight would be Raikage just slugging her face while she uses rebirth to stay alive as long as she can . Shes far too slow to land a solid blow and A has the stamina to win.
